Flat in great location, close to a couple of stations. It is on a busy road so it's noisy but the rooms are at the back and quiet. Very cold during winter and no/poor heating system as well as problems with humidity. The agency is quite responsive and quick to solve urgent issues.

Good condition flat in great location. Reasonable (2-3%) rent is applied at contract anniversary. Some issues with window insulation and damp, but generally good conditions. The letting agency is quite responsive and prompt in case of any issues, but the communication could be improved.
